Frequently asked questions
Is Clash Verge free?
Completely free and open source under GPL-3.0. Anyone selling installers or a “premium edition” is unrelated to this project.
What is the relationship between Clash Verge and Clash Verge Rev?
The original Clash Verge stopped being maintained in 2023; Rev is the community-maintained continuation. Everywhere on this site, “Clash Verge” refers to the actively updated Rev version.
Does the app provide any servers or subscriptions?
No. Clash Verge is only a client. You need to bring your own subscription link or config file from your provider — see the subscription import guide.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 10/11, macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon), and mainstream Linux distributions. On Android we recommend Clash Meta for Android, which shares the same core; there is no iOS client.
