Switch nodes and use proxy groups
The Proxies page organizes nodes into proxy groups. Once groups make sense, switching nodes and steering traffic become intuitive.
Understanding proxy groups
Groups are defined by the subscription author. Common kinds: manual-select groups (you pick the node), auto-test groups (lowest latency wins automatically), region groups (aggregated by country), and per-service policy groups. In rule mode, rules route different traffic to different groups.
Switching nodes
- Open the Proxies page and expand the group you want to adjust.
- Click a node to select it; the selected entry is highlighted.
- Click the lightning icon next to a group title to latency-test the whole group.
- Results show as milliseconds — lower is better; timed-out nodes are grayed out.
