A quick tour of the Settings page

The Settings page has a lot of options and newcomers get lost easily. This tour covers the most-used switches by frequency, so you get the full picture fast.

Core switches

System Proxy: routes apps that honor system settings through the proxy — your daily main switch; see the system proxy guide.

TUN Mode: a virtual adapter that captures all traffic — great for CLI tools and games; see the TUN mode guide.

Auto Launch / Silent Start: start with the OS, minimized to the tray; see autostart setup.

Allow LAN: let other devices on your network use this machine as a proxy; see LAN sharing.

Ports and appearance

The mixed port (default 7897) is where other programs connect manually — see port settings. Appearance-wise you can switch light / dark theme and language; the “Clash Core” area shows and upgrades the core version and refreshes GEO data.
